Question to Maitreyee :Didn’t you refuse a Rituparno Ghosh film?
Answer : Rituda offered me Soha Ali Khan’s maid’s role in Antarmahal. But I refused it because , I only sign a project if I see that the role is integral to the film. I refused a Buddhadeb Dasgupta film for the same reason. But I wish to work with them in the near future.
Obvious Question : What is your definition of a ‘good director’?
A : A good director is someone who conveys a positive message through his film.
