Swastika Pays Fine, Says Sorry
Swastika paid fine, apologised For committing contempt of Court. The high court directed the filmstar to justify her arguments through an affidavit. In course of hearing of a damage suit filed by the her brother-in-law Pritam Sen for initiating a malicious proceeding against him, Justice Sinha had on imposed a fine of Rs 8,500 on the actor for relying on hyper-technicality and lying. The court had directed her to pay it by November 11. As she did not pay attention to the order, Justice moved a contempt application against her.
