Abohoman got Rituparno Ghosh the Best Director Award and actress Ananya Chatterjee the Best Actress of the year in the The 57th National Film Awards 2009 was announced 15th September, 2010.
Other awards includes Best Bengali film and Best Editing by Arghyakamal Mitra.
