Mithun as Chinu Nandi in Sukhno Lanka
Sukhno Lanka by Gaurav Pandey is simply great for its intellectual screenplay. An emotional, thoughtful and artistic film with Mithun Chakraborty as neglected junior artist Chinu Nandi. Sabyasachi Chakraborty plays an award winning director in the film and his insecure wife Debasree Roy deserves all credit for the role. Saheb, in the role of a frustrated actor is attractive. Angana Bose as Mithun’s wife is a pleasent surprise.
Above all, no one can carry the charecter of Chinu Nandi except Mithun Chakraborty. He sheds all his glam for the role and gives an excellent performance in Shukhno Lanka.
